If your question isn't here, email the studio — a person answers, usually within two working days.

How long does shipping take?

UK and EU orders arrive in 2–4 working days. US and Canada take 5–8. Everywhere else is 7–14. Every order ships tracked and you get the number the moment the label is printed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to 42 countries. Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout for the US, EU and UK so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Elsewhere, duties are your responsibility.

What is your returns policy?

Thirty days from delivery, worn or unworn, washed or unwashed. Send it back and we refund the item cost. Return shipping is free in the UK and EU and $12 elsewhere. Deliberate misprints are not faults and cannot be returned as faulty, though you can still return them under the normal policy if you dislike yours.

Why do the prints look different on each garment?

Because the second colour is registered by eye rather than by machine. The offset between the blue and pink plates varies by a millimetre or two across a run. It is the house mark and it is not a defect.

Do you restock sold-out pieces?

No. When a lot sells out it stays out. We cut a fixed number, usually 120 pieces, and when they are gone the next drop is a different design.

How often do you drop?

Roughly every ten weeks. Subscribers get one email the morning a drop goes live and one when it sells out, and nothing in between.

What size should I order?

Tees and hoods are cut boxy — take your usual size for the intended fit, or size down for something closer. Jeans are sized by waist inches; raw pairs need one inch of shrink allowance. Full measurements are on the size guide.

Is the denim really unsanforized?

The Raw Selvedge 001 is. The Wide Leg 002 and Carpenter 003 are sanforized and will not shrink meaningfully.

Do you offer wholesale or stockist accounts?

Yes, for shops carrying at least four other independent labels. Minimum first order is 30 units across a maximum of three styles. Email the studio and we will send terms.

Where are your clothes made?

Cut and sewn in northern Portugal at two family-run factories we have used since 2021. Printing and finishing happen in our own studio. Denim is milled in Okayama, Japan.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If it has not shipped, yes — email us within four hours and we will catch it. After the label is printed we cannot intercept it, but you can return it once it arrives.

Do you take custom or bulk print jobs?

Occasionally, for projects we like, at a minimum of 50 units. We do not print other brands' logos on our blanks.
